A small firm, by design

We measure success in years, not transactions.

Most counterparties are people we’ve known for over a decade. We don’t publish live mandates, transaction details, or counterparty names — discretion is the product.

Cross-border by orientation: most of what we do moves across two or more jurisdictions. Hong Kong is home; Asia Pacific and the US are the beat.

Discretion: Confidentiality is foundational, not optional. We don’t publish details — on counterparties, mandates, or transaction outcomes.
Alignment: We co-invest as principals through an affiliated single-family office. The presence of our own balance sheet at the same table is structural alignment, not a marketing point.
Long horizons: Most counterparties are people we’ve known for a decade or more. We’re comfortable waiting through cycles for the right transaction with the right people.
Cross-border: Most transactions cross two or more jurisdictions; Hong Kong anchors the firm and gives us legitimate working access to the broader Asia-Pacific and US opportunity set.

Through an affiliated single-family office, we co-invest as principals on selected opportunities. The presence of our own balance sheet at the same table is structural alignment, not a marketing point.

Allocation decisions remain entirely with the principal parties. Our co-investment never converts an introduction into managed money on someone else’s behalf.
